All items are handmade and carefully prepared to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Pamela Makes ships within the United States only.
We are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship via USPS and offer the following options at checkout:
USPS Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
USPS Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed off to USPS, shipping delays are outside our control.
If your package is:

Marked delivered but not received — please contact your local USPS office first

Delayed in transit — please allow additional time for USPS updates

Damaged upon arrival — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item
We will work with you to help resolve the issue.
